    <description>&lt;P&gt;We bought new computers with Windows 11.&amp;nbsp; We are able to print from our computer.&amp;nbsp; However, we can't send anything to the scanner or use the FAX.&amp;nbsp; I am NOT tech. saavy!&amp;nbsp; I need someone to talk me through the steps to make these features work.&amp;nbsp; However, apparently my printer is "to outdated" to allow for me to talk to someone.&amp;nbsp; I am NOT impressed!&amp;nbsp; In the future, I will NOT be purchasing a system from a company that won't stand by all of their products for the duration of the product!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is a special driver you need to download that is in the download section.&amp;nbsp; I would download it and install it to each computer you are using with the printer.&amp;nbsp; Its the patch download at the bottom for scanning.&amp;nbsp; Also I would update your firmware on the printer itself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/color-imageclass-mf8280cw" target="_blank"&gt;Canon Support for Color imageCLASS MF8280Cw | Canon U.S.A., Inc.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
