Can't Get imageCLASS MF453dw to Automatically Select a Drawer

Hello,

I cannot seem to get this printer to automatically select a drawer. If I send a print job to the printer from my computer (which is set to automatically select), I still have to go to the printer and select a drawer. Are there any known issue like this someone can point me to a solution? Appreciate your help.

Hello Mbosswell,

When using the option to automatically select you can register the paper sizes loaded into the paper tray using the steps in the link HERE. Once the paper size has been registered, you can turn the automatic selection setting on in the printer settings. This will let the printer pull the paper from the tray automatically based off of the paper size selected when printing.
