says ready to print but does not print - apple computer - deleted printer and reloaded driver - added printer - says it's connected but cannot find printer - alternatively it says its looking for the printer but cannot find it

If you bought it in the United States, it's most likely either the imageCLASS MF4880dw or the imageCLASS MF4890dw. We also need to know exactly which version of macOS is running on your Apple computer and whether your printer and your computer talk to each other via a cable or via Wi-Fi.
