imageCLASS MF644Cdw double sided copy issue: 2nd side prints an inch higher above the page margin

This results in text at the top being cut off and an extra large margin on the bottom.

Does anyone have experience with this? How can this be fixed?

What size and type of paper are you printing on?

I have this same issue. Have installed most recent drivers. Papersize is LTR or A4
