      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently purchased brand-new original ink for this printer, but I haven't used it in months. printing issues with printer ink. I cleaned it thoroughly, but magenta still does not print, and the inks are running low, with one completely gone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If the printer sat for an extended period of time without being used, there is a chance that the magenta ink nozzles are clogged with dried ink. If you have already tried several cleanings and &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART117061" target="_self"&gt;deep cleanings&lt;/A&gt; to the point that the ink is low, it looks like the printer needs service.&lt;/P&gt;
