&lt;P&gt;You can try pressing the sound button on the printer and then selecting the option for other volume set. Once that is done, you can try going through the list and selecting the option for scanning done tone and job done tone. Once you select the option it will give you a volume slider and you can slide it all the way to the left to mute the noise. If that does not resolve the issue, I would suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have turned off all the sounds in the settings as instructed in the manual for my MF634 scanner/printer but it still keeps making the loud beep when it is done scanning or printing. Please help me make the sounds stop!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
