    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same issue.&amp;nbsp; But I don't see how it could be a hardware issue since I can make perfect copies.&amp;nbsp; It's only the scan function that's creating the white horizontal lines.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Like subject says, my scans are now showing up with uniform white horizontal lines all along the document since I updated the firmware. The problem is not on my computer driver as this happens also if I use a USB stick directly on the scanner. The device is not heavily used, and was used for scanning documents shortly before the update and this was not an issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, is there a Canon support phone number? Or is this forum the only kind of support offered by Canon?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
