Any advice? All cartridges are brand new and printer barely used. Spotty at beat and the lines o. The test page looks like its barely coming out.

If it's not printing then you probably need to run some cleaning cycles. "Barely used" frequently means heads possibly clogged.

My printer has been working fine up until now and the black ink cartridge is almost completely full. I have run several cleaning cycles, but the black ink comes out streaky or not at all. When I run a deep cleaning, it passes the nozzle check, but the actual printing still comes out streaky. Is there any way to inspect the cartridge when it doesn't need to be changed. The ink is actual Canon ink, not a knockoff, and it worked fine until yesterday,
