imageCLASS MF741Cdw Paper Drawer Won't Go Back In

I have a MF 741 Image Class. Had a paper jam (at least that's what it said) and was told to press green button and remove tray. Did that. Now, can't get tray to go back in, not at all. Need some help on what I must be doing wrong.

If the paper tray is stuck in the open position after a paper jam, it will usually point to a problem with the hardware. We would be happy to assist with the issue. When you opened the tray did you hear and breaking or grinding noises?
Can you send an image of the tray that is stuck on the printer?
