I have a Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 and I am unable to print to the MF8380cdw printer. I tried to find the driver, but your website says that the driver is unavailable or not needed. I am not able to print from my device so I need the driver. Please provide a link to this driver.

First, please verify if the tablet is running Windows 8.1 Professional or Windows 8.1 RT. If the tablet is running the RT version of the Windows operating system, then there are no drivers available, as this OS is not supported with the imageCLASS units.

If you are running the Windows 8.1 Professional OS, then the drivers are available at the Canon USA website at the link below. Please note that the drivers and software are listed under "Recommended Downloads".
