    <description>&lt;P&gt;Afternoon all, I have a printer that was setup 2+ years ago and need to change a scan-&amp;gt; email setting but I need the admin PIN. &amp;nbsp;I had notes but it's saying it's not correct. &amp;nbsp; So, on the browser when you go there the "forgot" link says contact Canon support, yet since the printer is &amp;gt; 1 year I guess I am left with the FAQ or forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So not sure how to proceed as I can't contact support but is my only option to factory reset?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for any help on this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
