Hi -

I just purchased an imageCLASS MF743Cdw printer. When I try and go back to the previous menu item by pressing the back icon in the upper left corner of the screen, it selects the first item on the menu below the back icon. It seems that the screen needs to be calibrated. Is there a way to do that?

This worked on my MF656CDW

Edit: The post that I referred to seems to have disappeared. I did calibrate mine and it's now easier to use. Not sure about your model but good chance that the same method will work. Do a google search for the hidden service mode menu. Once there do this

Copier>Adjust>Panel>Touchck

Touch each dot as it is displayed. This will calibrate the display. DO NOT change any other settings in this menu.
