imageCLASS MF455dw Won't Use Paper Feeder #1

I have an ImageClass MF455dw printer. When I put paper into Feeder #1, the printer doesn't use it. It pulls the paper from the drawer. Is there something special I have to do to get it to use the paper in Feeder #1?

Hello JUDICPA,

When printing from Windows 10, you will see an option for printer properties/preferences in the print window that appears. Once you click on that option, the driver settings will appear. In the driver settings window, you can click on the tab at the top for source to change which tray the paper is pulled from. If you continue to have issues, you can try change the printer settings on the MF455's display to prioritize the driver settings and force the output.
