Printing is not clean - ImageClass733cdw

Can anyone help me figure out how to get the printing cleared up on my ImageClass733cdw? I have run all the cleaning options under maintenance, but there are still smudges on the side of the paper. They change though, it seems to be a repeat of what it's previously printed or is currently printing.

The issue looks like there is toner leaking in the printer or there is something wrong with the cartridge. You can try reseating the toner and check the inside of the printer for any loose toner powder that you can wipe up with a damp cloth. If that does not resolve the issue, you can try replacing the black toner cartridge to see if it works.

If you continue to have problems, it looks like the printer needs service. You can check you service options by logging into your MyCanon account or by contacting support at 1-800-652-2666.
