It did have a ton of ink on it-I cleaned it all off and when I printed-it got covered in ink again. UGH. I guess I'm ordering a new toner cartridge. Boo.

I am terrified I already destroyed my new printer. I was printing labels-which I thought were ok for this printer. The first page did beautifully but the second page jammed. Now, it's printing crazy. (I cut off part of the picture b/c it's people's addresses.) This is on regular paper for the 3rd time printing it. Oh my gosh. What did I do and how can I fix it? Please help!

HELP

Try removing the toner cartridge and look to see if there is any visible toner buildup. if the printer has any maintenance functions, try running them and see if they make a difference.

Thank you for your advice-it was the issue-but I guess the cartridge got damaged bc after I cleaned it-it basically was covered again. 😞

Let us know if the cartridge replacement resolves the trouble. 🙂
