    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not well versed with the Maxify line. Here are some general thoughts:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there is a way to factory default the printer, has that been attempted? If there are any doors/hatches that can be opened to access the paper's path, have they been checked even with paper feeding properly?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if worse comes to worse, contact Canon Customer Support to have them determine if the unit would need to be sent out for repairs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Support Code 2108 - Maxify GX7020</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My printer shows message saying Support code 2108. It is supposed to be a paper jam. I have already checked and there is no jammed paper, the paper comes out perfectly but it still shows this message. I have already turned off and unplugged the printer for more than a minute and it still shows this message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone please help me fix this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
