    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not well versed with the Maxify line, but here some general questions to get the ball rolling.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the printer has any native maintenance and/or adjustment capabilities, have they been run? If the unit can be factory defaulted, has that been attempted? Is the installed ink Canon brand or a third party? Windows? macOS? iOS? Does this happen with only one device or anything that connects to it? Hardwired connection or Wi-Fi? Are there any software/firmware updates pending for the unit? Are the latest drivers installed in the device (computer/tablet/smartphone)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If worse comes to worse, try reaching out to Canon Customer Support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon MAXIFY iB4120 printer.&amp;nbsp; Have been trying to print some photos but the color is off--people looking greenish-blue.&amp;nbsp; I have looked at the user manual but cannot figure out how to correct this problem.&amp;nbsp; Help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Holly&lt;/P&gt;</description>
