&lt;P&gt;If the scanner software is not detecting the option to scan two sided documents from the feeder, you can change the setting for the document feeder from the scan utility on the computer. You can change the setting for the feeder using the steps in the link&lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART179883&amp;amp;actp=search&amp;amp;viewlocale=en_US&amp;amp;searchid=1675109698565" target="_self"&gt; HERE&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
