How do I connect my windows 8.1 PC to my ImageClass MF4890 DW

I have two new windows 8.1 PC's and I am havng trouble connecting them to my 4890DW. I currently have all of them connected to my wireless router. The computer connects to the network but won't connect to the printer. I am open to any and all suggestions. Hopefully I have posted to the right fourm on here.

In order to better assist you, I would like to ask a few questions.

1. Were you able to install the drivers using the disc that came with the computer, or with the drivers download that is available at the Canon USA website? I have included the link below. Please note that the drivers and software are listed under "Recommended Downloads".

2. What is the exact error that you receive when you attempt to print?
