      <description>&lt;P&gt;Scan to email stopped working today on &lt;SPAN&gt;MF642C&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;after firmware update from cannon. It used to work fine until this morning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had below gmail setting that was working&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;E-Mail/I-Fax Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com&lt;BR /&gt;E-Mail Address: user@gmail.com&lt;BR /&gt;POP RX: Off&lt;BR /&gt;Authentication/Encryption Settings&lt;BR /&gt;POP Authentication Before Sending: Off&lt;BR /&gt;SMTP Authentication (SMTP AUTH): On&lt;BR /&gt;User Name: user@gmail.com&lt;BR /&gt;Password: Set.&lt;BR /&gt;Use TLS for SMTP: On&lt;BR /&gt;Verify Certificate: Off&lt;BR /&gt;Use TLS for POP: Off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And SMTP port is 587 under port number settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems firmware messed up&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried with port 465 but same error&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;#752.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there any way to get back to previous firmware?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
