    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Just bought a new MF 3010.&amp;nbsp; Drivers downloaded from CD.&amp;nbsp; Windows 10.&amp;nbsp; Tried a test print.&amp;nbsp; Paper slightly misaligned, stopped immediately and removed.&amp;nbsp; Paper didn't rip, no paper jammed in tray or near cartridge.&amp;nbsp; But a flashing red light has been continuous since this happened and won't go off.&amp;nbsp; No function keys are working on the printer while this is happening.&amp;nbsp; What can I do?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From what you are describing, it looks like there is a problem with the hardware. In this situation, I would suggest trying to turn the printer off and on while the toner is out of the printer. While the toner is out of the printer, you can also check for any obstructions or packing material on the toner cartridge. You can use the steps in the link &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART110880" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; to remove the toner. One the printer is back on, you can reload the toner and try a print.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue is still there, it would mean the printer needs service. You can use the link &lt;A href="https://myprofile.americas.canon.com/us/signin?redirect=%2Fus%2Faccount%2Fedit" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; to log into your MyCanon account and check your service options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
