I have tried to get assistance over and over again and to no avail.&nbsp; I for the longevity of my business as well as the sustaining integrity of myself as a person who recommends good product and services can no longer advise to purchase this product.&nbsp; Unfortunately unable to use this HUGE paperweight of a machine because the Magenta is out. REALLY?? the machine can do nothing once any cartridge is low or out. To me. This disqualifies you from ever being a machine I would recommend to anyone unless of course I wish my clients to hate me.</P><P>Sorry CANON..
