MAXIFY MB2720 Fax Questions

Hello if someone can please assist please and thank you . Just purchased this printer which includes fax my question is one...is the printer screen supposed to show standby after fax or ready ? and two how do i setup to receive a confirmation that my fax was sent . the only way that i can get the report is to do it manually. I hope my questions where clear thank you

These were in the products manual:

MB2700 series Online Manual (c-wss.com)

Fax confirmation:

1. Press the HOME button on your MAXIFY MB2720.
2. Swipe the screen and then tap SETUP.
3. Tap Device Settings.
4. Tap Fax Settings.
5. Tap Auto print Settings.
6. Tap TX report.
7. Tap Print for each TX.
8. At the Attach TX image screen, tap Yes.
9. Tap HOME.
