MAXIFY MB2140 Support in South Africa

Hi. Can anyone please direct me via a link perhaps to some sort of support for my MB2140. I cannot seem to get the setup right and am unable to print. This printer has been sitting there looking pretty for months now and no matter how many times I download the official drivers, I cannot get it to print. I need assistance.
