topic ipf810 media type setting troubleshooting in Office Printers

Looking for a media type setting guide, that essentially says which setting on the printer (and on the software) to use for which media types. And/Or a compatibility settings chart of sorts.

You would think that using 170g satin paper would mean set printer and paper to 170 satin, but we are having serious "tackiness" problems with ink not drying. On canon paper, with canon ink, using canon software. Oddly we are having better luck with a roll of Kodak satin paper from a canceled customer order. The same canon paper we are using worked perfectly fine in our ipf8300.

Other papers we have tried are Oce, likewise with little luck.
