      <title>imageCLASS MF644Cdw will only print as pdfs</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a MAC and suddenly I&amp;nbsp; can't print from the internet webpages.&amp;nbsp; The image I want to print only appears in the print window when I choose "print to pdf" as destination.&amp;nbsp; If I choose my printer, the image is not captured and it indicates printer not installed...or something else.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I don't know how this happened.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, and same thing happens.&amp;nbsp; Help???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Error message i "printer not installed correctly or is not available."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer works from my phone, and also prints all .pdfs from the computer.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Just won't recognize images I try and print from webpages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The issue that you are describing points to a problem with the web browser on the computer selecting the correct printer. In this situation, you can try updating the web browser you are printing from or clicking on the option in the print window to change the destination to see if you can select the MF644.&lt;/P&gt;
