    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a MFC743cdw Printer. I've been using toner's off amazon for past two years.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Right now I Keep getting an alert;&amp;nbsp; Load Paper MP TRAY LTR&lt;BR /&gt;The paper is loaded , I cant figure out whats wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also keep on getting alert to add yellow color toner, when in fact it is there.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Is it better to do a factory reset?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Vzaveri,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That message will usually come up if the paper size set in the Multipurpose tray does not match the paper size requested from the print screen on the computer or a driver issue. You can check the settings for the printer to make sure that the &lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-3547-zz-SSM-740-enUS/contents/devu-basicope-papers_pset-psize_ptype-mptray.html#0225_h1_01" target="_self"&gt;MP tray is set to letter sized paper&lt;/A&gt; and if it is, you can check the print screen on the computer to make sure it is set to letter size paper as well.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the settings are correct, you can try installing the current &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/color-imageclass-mf743cdw#idReference%3Dsoftware-drivers" target="_self"&gt;recommend drivers&lt;/A&gt; for the printer from our Canon USA support site. Once installed, you can try printing again to see if the issue is resolved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
