John, Thanks a LOT for the reply. I picked the top item from the list you sent me to... "UFR ... printer driver and utilities....". Clicked the download button to the right. Nothing happened. What next? I am very inexperienced at doing software updates this way, and have spent a lot of time being stumped and confused as I try to follow the directions. Would love to have someone actually walk me through the steps. What do you recommend? Thanks very much, Pete Wernick, Niwot CO
