&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that you print is down. That error would point to a problem with the hardware or the printer needing to be restarted. If leaving the printer unplugged over night did not resolve the issue, the printer would need service. Currently support is open from 8am to 8pm eastern Monday-Friday.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - I am now on my second D570 - my business is SUFFERING without a printer - Canon assistance is CLOSED today. &amp;nbsp;Anyone have any suggestions? &amp;nbsp;I have tried turning off and on - and left it unplugged all night.
