2022 Canon MF741Cdw-locked in error message "Performing Auto Clean Fixing Assembly"

Since it is stuck on this display, you cannot do anything at all. No selections are available.

Have done the following:

I have original toner cartridges. Brand new ones installed.
Turned off power, unplugged, let sit 2 days
This is a relatively new printer.
All software updates have been installed prior to this issue.

Any suggestions?

Hello Alannelson,

If the printer is stuck at cleaning the fixing assembly, it looks like something is wrong with the hardware. You can try unplugging the printer from the power and then pressing the power button 10 times while the printer is unplugged. After that, you can plug the printer into a different power source and you can try turning it on.
