My MF4570dw jam paper all the time. I can't print or copy. It's real jam. It looks like the motor is not powerful enough or the pulling power is not balanced. Every time, one edge moves in, but the other edge doesn't. I opened it up and inspected the roller, all look very clean, nothing stuck there.
