I own a Canon Image Class MF4770n. No paper is jammed. This happened once over a year ago and I intuitively unplugged it for a number of hours and it worked. This time I cannot get it to function again. I would like to correct this because economically it would help me out instead of acquiring a new printer. I await your REPLY. God Bless, Eric Galati

Hello Ericdag,

If the printer is giving you a paper jam message, you can try removing the toner from the printer and then you can check the inside of the printer for any obstructions. If that does not resolve the issue, it would mean the printer needs service. In this situation, you can use the HERE to access you MyCanon account or you can contact support at 1-800-652-2666 to check your available service options.
