      <description>&lt;P&gt;After installing the hardware and software to my laptop, I only see a blinking "o" on the display screen. And, no other buttons do anything when pressed? Perhaps, I didn't install from the CD correctly? First time using this, since I just bought it today. Any help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
