Canon MF644CDW - Display Entry problem (maybe)

So this is a 4 color cartridge unit. One of the color cartridge is empty. I just want to print in black. When I sent the print command to print, the display asks me to press Y to continue. I have no idea how to do that. Appreciate any assistance, thank you!

Additional - Manual said I could connect USB keyboard. That did not solve my problem.

Hello Indigo,

When you need to replace a toner cartridge, the Y option will appear in the lower left of the printer's display screen and you can tap on it from there. You can view the toner replacing process and how to print when low on toner using the link HERE.

I have tried repeatedly to tap it, and nothing happens.
