    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an inexpensive Canon B&amp;amp;W laser printer.&amp;nbsp; I've had it working in my Windows 10 PC, but now it does not show up in Windows Device Manager.&amp;nbsp; I went to the Canon support website to see if I could download drivers, but it wants a model name/number.&amp;nbsp; So does the phone support.&amp;nbsp; There's no name on the top or the front of the printer; there's a stuck-on label on the back with the character string "F173200" and what would appear to be a serial number.&amp;nbsp; I don't see "Pixma" or "ImageClass" or anything like that anywhere.&amp;nbsp; I know I didn't consciously uninstall the printer in Windows, and I can't imagine why it would suddenly not be known to Windows.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there anything on the bottom of the printer? Can a few pictures of the printer be posted for us to inspect? Does the cartridge have any sort of identifying codes on it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
