Canon Printer making noise

My printer is making a lot of noise without giving any commands. I have restarted it, plugged it out and plugged it back in, ran a troubleshooter also but still doing the same. Please if I can get the call support number. I am using this for work. J need to get it fixed it as soon as possible.
