canon iB4020 not staying powered on

Hi,

My printer powers on, appears to run through startup, then the warning lamp flashes once, and then printer turns off.

We tried several different outlets, reseating the cable twice.

Any ideas?

The same problem is on this thread: MG7520 will not stay on. It seems to be across several model numbers
