You can also use the steps in the link &lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-3315-zz-SS-enUV/contents/SS260_troubleshooting_0329.html" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; to check the other areas for a jam.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If checking the printer did not resolve the issue, it would mean the printer needs service. The code is not something that can be reset. The message will come up, when the printer can't move a part properly or if one of the jam sensors is detecting an obstruction. In that situation, you can contact our support teat at 1-800-652-2666. They would be able to check the hardware and provide any service options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
