When the feeder becomes disabled, do you get an error or what happens?
Are you starting the scan from the operation panel or is it from the software on your computer?

Hello thanks so much, please note:

I have windows 11 in my desktop
When I download " ToolBox4911mf18WinEN.exe" Auto option starts working: Feeder and Flat
But after 1 or 2 days Auto (Feeder) disabled and only showing Flat
I Start scanning from my desktop " Toolbox "

Hello, Also I remember in Canon support chat, the agent over the chat asked me to do some changes in computer settings, and I did, then Auto Feeder appeared, but unfortunately, I didn't get note for a later time.
