topic Paper jam in Office Printers

ImageCLASS MF733 Cdw printer

I tried printing with heavy card stock and it jammed. I can’t find the paper though! I don’t see it anywhere. Does anyone know how to get inside these printers?

Did you take out the toner cartridges to see into the paper path? Do you have the manual, or can you download it? It should tell how to clear a jam. Does the printer's display tell you a procedure to clear it?

Thank you for the response. I did finally get the paper out after finding it. The card stock was so thick it didn’t go very far so I could barely see it from the back. Learned my lesson. I’ll only use paper that the printer supports from now on which I found in the users manual.
