I just got this printer used. It looks to try and pull the paper in the top of the printer from the reader but gets jammed. Not sure if the rollers need replaced of if there is a common item that gets worn causing the issue. I've had it before pull it through to only get stuck once it hit the flat bed and today it wouldnt make it that far.

Hello,

It looks like there is something wrong with the hardware or there is something in the paper feed path. You can open the printer to check for obstructions using the steps in the link found HERE. While checking the paper path, you can wipe any of the rubber paper feed rollers with a damp cloth to clean of any residue/dust. If that does not resolve the issue, it looks like the printer needs service.
