    <description>&lt;P&gt;Unplugged outlet and ethernet for 2 days--error still there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried hard reset by holding the Stop button but none of the keys are working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Issue is trying to make a copy from the top feeder.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt; After clearing jam, I get to the point of 'insert original' but the copier does not recognize paper in the feeder.&amp;nbsp; Also cleaned the rollers.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can print a legal document from PC but not an email since I am unable to reset the paper size.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can use the steps in the link &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART141094" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; to change the paper size on the printer. You can switch it from legal to the paper size that you plan on printing with. If the feed is unable to detect the paper after a jam, it will usually point to a hardware issue or something stuck in the feeder path. You can try checking the path using the steps in the link found &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART141094" target="_self"&gt;HERE.&lt;/A&gt; If checking the path does not resolve the issue, it looks like the printer needs service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can use the link &lt;A href="https://myprofile.americas.canon.com/us/signin" target="_self"&gt;HERE t&lt;/A&gt;o access you MyCanon account to check your service options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
