      <title>MF4350 drivers, software not seen by Big Sur</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;was printing fine yesterday.&amp;nbsp; Today not at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset and cleared printer settings and HD/Library/Printers/PPDs/Contents.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Re-installed current driver &amp;amp; software from Canon USA site.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still not seen by printers &amp;amp; scanners Pref.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ran DFA.&amp;nbsp; Toggled MF power.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I see no MF4350 in the PPDs.&amp;nbsp; Only CNMCMF4320F.ppd.gz and CNPZUMF4350ZU.ppd.gz.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Metropical,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the printer does not appear in the add printer window at all, it will usually point to a problem with the connection. When you click the + at the bottom of the printer list, the printer should appear in the add printer window even if the driver is not installed. In this situation, I would suggest trying another USB cable or plugging the printer into another USB port on the Mac. If the printer still does not appear when you try to add the printer, I would suggest contacting support at 1-800-652-2666. They can check the hardware and see what might be causing the connection issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
