If you have had the printer for almost a year, the printer would be in warranty. You can contact our support team at 1--800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had this printer for about a year now and i have an issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer keeps stating that there is a paper jam.&amp;nbsp; I have removed and restarted the printer several times with no luck.&amp;nbsp; inspected all drawers and double checked the whole printer, short of disassembling the actual printer with no luck.&amp;nbsp; Has anyone encountered this issue and what outcome did you have?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
