    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello zze86,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That message will come up if the printer is trying to process a print and the paper size needs to be set. If you are getting that message when you try to scan, I would suggest canceling any jobs that are waiting to be printed on your computer and then you can try scanning again. To scan to email, you can try the steps in the link &lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-1738-zz-SS-enUS/contents/SS735_scan_0144.html#0606_h1_01" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; to begin the scan.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Exactly as title says. Trying to scan to email and I get error "Load Paper.LTR." and it won't send. Paper tray is full if that matters, which it shouldn't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
