I have an MF733Cdw printer and Window 10. If I print to it from my IPad, it will no longer print from the computer. The documents sit in the queue and nothing I do will start them printing. The first item in the queue says it is printing, but never does. No errors are displayed. I can only print from the IPad. The only solution I've found is to reinstall the print drivers to the computer, then it will work again.

Hello PeggyJo,

If you lose connection to the printer after getting a message stating that an IP address has changed, you can try manually setting an IP address on the printer so it does not change. You can try manually setting an IP address using the steps in the link found HERE. Once you have the ip address set manually, you can try reinstalling the driver again to reconnect the computer.
