I would suggest downloading and installing the recommended drivers for the printer using the link provided&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/color-laser/color-imageclass-mf743cdw?tab=drivers_downloads" target="_self"&gt; HERE.&lt;/A&gt; Once the driver are installed, you can try printing again to see if you are able to properly select your envelope settings. If you continue to have issues, I would suggest contacting our support team at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist you with the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am running Windows 11. The old computer was running windows 8 (i think, bought in 2014)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried to adjust the settings in the printers setting on the Computer. I changed the&amp;nbsp; multipurpose tray to Envelope #10 and that allowed me to print the envelope, but upside down and the letter that followed was shrunk to about 1/2 size.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
