    <description>&lt;P&gt;Using the most current Mac op AGS software. My laptop updates automatically when new releases come out. &amp;nbsp; Connected via USB cable. I’ve unplugged that cable, turned &amp;nbsp;power off/on several times and h w delete and reinstalled printer drivers &amp;nbsp;about 30 times. Still won’t print PDFs&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my printer suddenly started giving me the filter failed error message. I"ve deleted and reinstalled it over 10 times. I unplugged the printer and restarted it twice. &amp;nbsp;nothing works. &amp;nbsp;why?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
