Print quality

I bought LASER photo paper for my Color imageCLASS MF743Cdw and when I tried to print a photo, the quality was all smeared, so I removed the paper and cleaned using the maintenance steps in the menu. Subsequent print jobs are terrible. There is gray on the background of all prints. What do I do now? My model is Color imageCLASS MF743Cdw.

Hello Stnick2020,

The MF743 does not support printing on laser photo paper. In this situation, you can try cleaning the ITB using the steps in the link HERE 2-3 times to see if it resolves the issue. If that does not resolve the problem, I would suggest contacting support at 1-800-652-2666. They would be happy to check if there are any settings to adjust to print on the laser photo paper.
