      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Johnlabib195,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are unable to access the remote UI and then are unable to print from any devices on the network, it will point to a drop in network communication. In this situation, you can try unplugging your router from the power for 5 seconds. Once the network is back up, you can check if you can print and access the remote UI. You can also try moving the printer so it has a better connection to your wireless router.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
